Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

We are happy to assist you with any queries about your order within 90 days from the date when the order is sent.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and completed in full before submitting your order. If your order tracking shows NOT delivered, we will be happy to re-send it for free of charge under those circumstances.

Should you need information about returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, you need to contact us first by e-mail to confirm your purchase, within 14 days of receipt of your order.

An address error is not covered by Aeque Genetics and Hotwingz Horticulture.
